Introduction:
Hello my fellow Bipolar Bears or anyone who is interested in learning more
about Bipolar Disorder. I’m starting this blog in an attempt to help raise
awareness as well as reveal some of the challenges of everyday life that me and
many other people with bipolar disorder face and some of the solutions that I
have discovered through my trials and tribulations. My intention for this blog
is to post weekly articles to help others with the disorder or other people with similar mental health

participates. I will also be discussing the effects of drug use and drug
addiction so anyone who is seeking help with either of those topics this blog is for you as well. Drugs aren’t
always a bad thing and I believe that experimentation is a part of growing up
and as long as one maintains safety and regulation with their use, then drug use
can be a positive and enlightening experience. There will be posts to help people
looking to try drugs for the first time, drug users, drug abusers, drug addicts,
and any other connection about drugs. I’ll give you honest advice on what it
took for me to get an extended period of sobriety, drug effects on mood, drugs
and manic episodes, my experience with drugs, the pros and cons, and other
